Provider Integration Gathering Eligibility Online (PIGEON)
PIGEON is the system NTHBA uses to document eligibility and create Local Case Numbers for individuals accessing indigent mental health services. The site is intended for use by staff at NTBHA-funded mental health clinics.
Provider Network Meeting
NTBHA hosts a monthly Provider Network meeting for contracted outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use Providers. These meetings are intended to foster communication by providing regular updates regarding utilization, quality, and training opportunities.

Psychiatrists Leadership and Advisory Group (PLAG)
Mission
To advocate and provide leadership for improved clinical care in the NTBHA service area.
Goals
- Provide expertise to the NTBHA Board on areas of clinical concern.
- Represent area psychiatrists and clinical care concerns to the North Texas Behavioral Leadership Team and clinical operations teams.
- Advocate for quality/optimal care for patients and bring forth evidence-based medical practices.
- Work with Consumer, family and other organizations in advocating for appropriate clinical care.

As required by agreement with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), NTBHA must provide, directly or by contract, the services of licensed, highly qualified, and competent providers and personnel to ensure the provision of necessary behavioral health treatment services to all eligible people in our catchment area.
