Quick Reference: Board Liaison Tasks (Meliah Martinez)

This is a condensed checklist for the two things Meliah needs to do on the About Us page. Full step-by-step details with screenshots are in the About Us Page doc in this same BetterDocs section.

1. Board of Directors Changes #

wp-admin, Pages, About Us, Edit with Elementor. Expand View Board of Directors, double-click the member grid to open its Text Editor, switch to the Code tab, and copy/paste/edit a <tr>…</tr> row to add, edit, or remove a board member. Click Update.

2. Monthly Board Agenda and Meeting Documents #

Same page, expand Board Agenda and Meeting Documents. Update the meeting notice text (date, Zoom link) above the table each month. Upload the new Agenda and Documents PDFs to the Media Library first, then in the table’s Code view copy the most recent row, paste it as a new row, and update the date and both links. Click Update to publish.

Pharmacy Services and Prescriptions

If you qualify for NTBHA mental health or substance use recovery services, NTBHA pays for medications prescribed for you by your physician in the NTBHA network of providers. Over 200 pharmacies in the six-county region of Dallas, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro and Rockwall Counties can fill prescriptions ordered for you by your NTBHA provider.

NTBHA’s Prescription Assistance Program (PAP)
Helps arrange access to medications donated by the pharmaceutical manufacturing companies for individuals who qualify for the PAP program. Both the person and the prescribing physician are notified in writing about the eligibility decisions. Prescribed medications are either sent to the doctor’s office, or the person is sent a pharmacy card for the prescription medication. Please call 469-445-2990 or email pap@ntbha.org.
