This page and its two sub-pages (Mental Health Providers and Substance Use Disorder Providers) are edited with Elementor as plain Text Editor content, no tables or accordions. The Procurement Portal is a separate sub-page linked from the Access Portal button near the bottom.
Posting Updated Provider Documents #
Edit the Providers & Procurement page with Elementor. Click the paragraph that lists documents such as the Formulary, Manuals and Forms, or PIGEON to select its Text Editor widget. Upload the new PDF to the Media Library, then link the existing text to it (or add a new line and link it) the same way as everywhere else on the site.
Adding or Removing a Provider from a Provider List #
Open the Mental Health Providers or Substance Use Disorder Providers sub-page with Elementor (reached via the Learn More link under each Provider List on the main page). The provider listing is plain text, alphabetical by name, each with address, phone, services, and a directions link. Click into the text to edit an existing entry, or place your cursor at the correct alphabetical spot and type a new entry following the same format (name, address, phone, services). To remove a provider, select their whole entry’s text and delete it. Click Update to save.
Posting Bid Opportunities on the Procurement Portal #
This is the task Xander Hancock does to add and remove Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Go to wp-admin, Pages, and open Procurement Portal with Elementor. Scroll to the Current Bid Opportunities at NTBHA heading, shown below on the live site.

Click on the bulleted list under Current Bid Opportunities at NTBHA to select its Text Editor widget. To add a new RFP or RFA, first upload the PDF to the Media Library, then add a new bullet line with a clear title (for example “NTBHA Request for Proposals – [description] with Addendum”) and link that text to the uploaded PDF using the link icon in the toolbar. To remove a bid opportunity that has closed, select its bullet line and delete it. Click Update to publish the change immediately.
